Natural wool- leather- and fur products are very easy to take care of. The fibers’ unique structure even repels dirt and gives a natural durability and robustness.
Even so, we recommend you read below care instructions before taking your Natures Collection product into use. You will always find individual care instructions on any Natures Collection product and you are more than welcome to contact Us for further assistance or questions.
Below you will find some general care instructions and a few tips & tricks to take care of your Natures Collection product. Firstly, let us give you three simple rules to follow:
· Vacuum, shake or brush your product regularly
· Avoid direct sunlight for dyed products. - This way you will avoid UV damage or fading
· Attend to stains and spills as promptly as possible
Regular vacuuming will help to maintain the fluffy wool- and fur fibers. Please remember always to choose the lowest suction level to avoid any unnecessary damage. Products with longer wool might also benefit from a brushing occasionally with a wire brush.
Small stains and spills can mostly be sponged off with a damp cloth and a little bit of lukewarm water. If not, please follow the care instructions on your product or contact our team.
When dealing with stains and spills it is very important that you attend to the damage as promptly as possible, as wet stains are much easier to deal with than dry stains.
Finally, please remember that direct sunlight, because of UV radiation, is a strict NO! for dyed products. For all natural colours you are more than welcome to put it in the sun.

We UPS to take care of all our freight to UK, simply because we have through several test and other shipping companies, experienced that they where the fastest, most professional and at the same time at a cost that allows us to give you the cheapest possible freight without compromising on delivery speed.

Besides that, we of course ship for free if your order is more than £50. Everything happens automatically, so you only will have free shipping as a possibility when you check out if you exceeds the limit.
If you have placed your order before 3pm (GMT) from monday to friday it will be dispatched the same day, otherwise it will be dispatched they day after, given that it is a working day.

In that case, stay calm. UPS will let you know when they are on their way and if they have tried to delivery without luck. -In that case, they will try even 2 times more, before it will be delivered to one of their Collection Points for you to pick up.
if you know on forehand, that you will not be home on a specific day, take 3 minutes and give UPS a call. They will gladly re-arrange your delivery and delivery on that specific day of your wish.
Please notice, that UPS cannot deliver on a specific time of the day, as they are very busy and are already trying to do it as fast as possible.

Follow these steps to return:

- Wait till you receive the return label on email from us for you to print (print it on A4 paper)
- Pack your return in the old box or a new and attach the return label
- Deliver it in the closest UPS Parcelshop (Find it here)
That's it, we will take care of the rest, know about the incoming shipment and either refund or send you a new product after your wish, after we've received it.
It might take a little longer than delivery, up to 2-4 days.
Please beware that after we received it, it might take 1-2 days to handle, check and get back to you (though we always strive to do it the very same day it arrives)
After your package has arrived, been checked as mentioned above, we will refund your money, if that is your requirement.
